This was our first meal at the Old Faithful Inn dining room..
Zach ordered the special..a strip steak on top of rosemary mashed potatoes..The best steak he said he has ever had..!
This was so much fancy fun...!
Nick spotted a busboy who was folding a stack of cloth napkins and became curious..Bridger was his name..and he patiently showed Nick and Zach how he folds the napkins for the guests..once they got that mastered..Bridger also showed them how to fold them into a flower..a highlight of Nick's night..(Nick was practicing again this morning at breakfast..as I am a couple days late on my posts..)
