Drove an hour or so North today to the upper part of Glacier..in Canada..called Waterton National Park..and Mom and I spent the afternoon at the Prince of Wales Hotel for High Tea..The Men went on a moderately difficult hike up a.mountain including Grandpa and Nick..
Something really cool about three generations hiking up a remote mountain together..
Ended the day after meeting up for really really good pizza ..then back to Many Glacier Lodge for showers..
Mom pointed out Nick hasn't showered since they arrived..and SHE'S RIGHT..a little ewwww but I honestly hadn't thought.about it..another mom of the year award..im rackin em up..gonna need a new trophy case there..
Currently its Thursday night...well actually Friday morning 12:12am..listening to the.wind picking up..lightening in the.distance..a few.drizzles.of rain..hoping it might pass us over otherwise things will be wet for a while..we are leaving glacier in the AM..and sending the next 4 nights in hotels..so if the tents get wet tonight we might have a drying..or molding problem in our hands..still really nice to be sleeping under the stars.. linda
